BraveRO has various currencies that you can use to buy headgears, armors, weapons, and a bunch of other items and services. This guide will list out the currencies that are currently available.

To know what specific items/services you can buy with these currencies, visit the Item Catalogue Guide

Zeny

Zeny is the main type of currency players use to buy items, gears, etc. You can only hold a maximum of 2,000,000,000 zeny (2b) on each character. To make it easier for players to deal with such a high amounts of Zeny, BraveRO provides the Zeny bag system. Head on to BraveRO Banker to exchange your Zeny into bags or Money Bag Exchanger to exchange multiple bags (required to pay 2% fee of total Zeny).

Various NPC Shops and player-owned vendors will often require one of the different forms of Zeny (Zeny, 100M Zeny Bag, 500M Zeny Bag, 1B Zeny Bag, 100B Zeny Chest). Take note that while you can exchange the 100M Zeny Bag, 500M Zeny Bag, and 1B Zeny Bag into zeny and back into a bag, the same doesn't apply to the 100B Zeny Chest. You cannot exchange this chest for zeny or zeny bags and will remain a chest. This chest's purpose is to purchase Variant Rares.

  • Seasonal Points - you usually earn this by killing monsters during Hunting Race Events during Seasonal Events. These Races typically tasks players as many monsters as they can that are targets for each race. Each monster kill will randomly give players 1~3 Seasonal Points. These Seasonal Points can then be used to purchase various goods from the Seasonal Point Shop which is usually added in later phases of seasonal events (usually around Phase 2~3). Whatever Seasonal Points that you earn will be carried over to the next seasonal event, so you can stock as much as you want. In this regard, items sold in the Seasonal Point Shop may get pricey.
  • Race Points - these points are awarded to the top 5 players during each Hunting Races. The 1-5 players will earn 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2 points respectively. Like the Seasonal Points, these are also carried over to the next seasonal event so you can save them up if you like. Much like Seasonal Points, a Race Point NPC will be added in later phases of seasonal events.
