Just hoping could release or add "old" (past event) headgears that not vanilas in the phase 2 npc.
HG that already have stats so pure newbie could get what they really need.. as well as other players.
as for me I prefer HG that already have stats on it than have to enchant.

there's already like that in phase 2 shop. Vanilla item only started in christmas last year, all vanilla in this halloween events are new items. Also halloween vanilla enchanter in this npc allow player to choose the enchantments they want. Like in seconday they can choose what donation effect they want using premium enchantment. It just cost higher amount of yin flowers.

Entrance: Dimensional Device NPC (caspen 173 213)
- Solo Instance
- Monsters Inside are mostly event map monsters.
- Armaments and Halloween Gears work inside this instance.
- There are 3 bosses inside the instance. 
- Bosses are immune to all type of damage and only receive 1 damage from all type of damage.
- Unlimited Re entry as long that the instance is running. (you can re-enter if you died).
- Added 2 new cards.
- Cooldown: N/A
- Instance Duration: Max time - 1 hour. can be finished in 10 minutes.

no the instance is actually designed for solo players. It's a very easy instance.

It's easier to get the pass on Field Raid Boss Rigel on Phase 3 later.
