Super Novice

A Super Novice (often abbreviated as SN) is a unique class capable of using most first-class skills, and a few second-class skills (upon expansion). A Super Novice can opt to use Novice-exclusive equipment that provide high resistance to elements.

Super Novices are known for their flexibility, in which players can choose to either build for physical skills or magical skills, or both. The drawback to this versatility is low base HP and SP compared to other classes. They are also known to have high survivability in PvP scenarios through proper use of elemental resistances.

Note: You could still follow the stat and item builds indicated in the guides and generally do well. However, newer items that were added in year 2022 and beyond might have powercrept some of the older items indicated in the guides, and getting those newer items could help your character become even more effective. Furthermore, some changes or updates to certain items might affect the way builds work, such as the update to Death Weapons and Elite Weapons.
