Monster Arena Easy Ranking Guide

This is a general guide that can be used to gain hero experience in order to ascend into Elite Hero status.

Stats

STR - 200-300 - For carrying stuffs like Yggs Berries/Mastela and Panaceas

AGI - 200 - 195 Attack Speed. Also avoids losing ASPD when High Priest monsters uses Decrease Agi on you

INT - 500 - For maximum magical damage

VIT - Rest - As much HP as possible

DEX - 200 - For instant casting of skills

LUK - 0

Item Build

Top Headgear: Bomb Poring Hat / Satanic Helm / Satyr Helm / Any 2 Slotted Headgears

Card 1: Kiel Card - Reduces after skill delay by 30%.

Card 2: High Wizard Card - Ignores normal monster's MDEF.

Middle Headgear: Any 45% After Skill Delay Wing / Returner Wing

Card: Kiel Card - Reduces after skill delay by 30%.

Bottom Headgear: Dark Chakra / Any Anti-freeze and Anti-silence Aura

Card: Orc Hero Card - +15 Vit. Gives immunity against Stun status.

Armor: Brynhildr (Obtainable from v4p and vending shops) - Anti-knockback. +10% Atk and MAtk. Unbreakable.

Card: N/A

Weapon: Twin Edge of Naght Sieger (obtainable by killing Naght Sieger on Endless Tower Instance or from vending shops) - Enables the use of Lvl 3 Meteor Storm skill

Cards: 3 Red Ferus Cards - Increases Meteor Storm's Magic Damage by 5% each

Shield: Valkyrie Shield (Resistance against Water, Fire, Undead, and Shadow Element by 20%) / Returner Shield

Card: Thara Frog Card - Reduces damage from demihumans by 30%

Garment: Elite Asprika (resistance to all element by 15%) / Nydhoggur's Shadow Garb

Card: Salamander Card - Increases Meteor Storm's Magic Damage by 40%

Shoes: Sleipnir of the Gods[1] (Obtainable from v4p and vending shops) - +20% HP and SP

Card: Dark Lord Card - Autocasts Level 5 Meteor Storm on enemies attacking you

Accessories - 2 Int Megingjards (+40 INT each) / 2 Returner Necklace

Card: N/A

Tips

1. Lure monsters by moving around and spam Meteor Storm around you. Then use @jump to teleport.

2. You may use this build up until you reach 98m and move onto the Elite Hero Quest.

3. You may use the exact same build to clear the Trials of Glory.

4. This build works with all jobs as long as you maximize your int as it is the source of your damage.

5. This build does not allow you to kill Valkyrie mobs on Rank C Monster Arena.
