In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

You will receive a ticket number which will be necessary to check the status of your ticket. 

Note 2: Some mainstream email providers may block or send our emails to your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive our emails, you may use a temporary email provider such as https://temp-mail.org/ or https://tempail.com/ to receive your ticket number and access your ticket.

Note 3: Most general questions can be answered by our support players or normal players via Discord or the forums. Support ticket should be used for Administrator or GM Assistance.
