3000 Realm to 1 Gold Realm Orb
5 Realm dust to 1 Red/Blue/Green/Silver/Purple Orbs.

NPC: Smelting Machine. Location: Somewhere in caspen.

Note: If you can't talk to it. Get close to it first. Your talking distance to that npc depends on your normal attack range. We placed it there so you can suffer some inconvenience walking around the fence.
