Anyone can help me on this crash log, it is mentioning some sprite files are failing it seems. (to add my account is very old and I just learnt today that the game changed name so I tried to log on with my old account).

try reset look on your character/s on main site if you're crashing on character selection

this worked, also saw this on the ticket I got... my problem now is when I went to caspen or @go 0 I crash for some reason hmm.

So here is the list of what I have done these past day.

1. Teleport to Caspen without any equips = crash
2. Create new account and go to Caspen = crash
3. Went to Alberta while walking = crash (my guess is some character is wearing an item that caused me to crashed since I relog it was ok and no one was there, I went there cuz of zeny event).
4. Reinstalled on same directory = crash
5. Reinstalled on another directory = crash

so maybe a random item is causing it, maybe someone can share with me their grf or data files that is working?

So I managed to convert the FAILED ones to unicode and I got a result that maybe someone can help me.. I attached an image.

So I downloaded the game on my laptop and I managed to play on it normally... seems like I am having issues updating on my desktop for idk reason... all good now..

i guess the best way to play on your other computer is to just copy the file you downloaded on ur laptop and put it there.. maybe one of ur antiviruses are deleting some file making it not work

that I don't know, I disabled it while installing but it is weird if it is tagging the head files as malicious file lol thought this would probably be prevented if we got an updated game file after every patch. The patcher might have some compatibility issues which I don't know where it happened since I don't see the antivirus triggering while I was downloading or patching it, what I noticed is that while I was patching on my laptop, some files took longer to be downloaded.
