exp capped 3k / day means 3 level.
The rewards are currently capped at level 50. The level 51 - 100 rewards will be posted in few days. While the 101 to 200 will be updated on July 15 2023.

you plan to maxxed it to 200 = 200.000 exp
considering that you online, do BG till capped the exp to 3k / day. and you are one of the unlucky person that can't get any 1k crystal
it means that you can't get to lvl 200
200.000 / 3.000 = 66.67 days you need to maxxed out the compen ^^

even with my weekend spare time, played 3 hours (almost nonstop) bg, got only around 1.5k exp.
Just a count from one of the unlucky guy.

There are event's and gift code for example that will reward exp. You are still in the beginning of the event.
