You won't get butterfly (epic) if you already obtained it from last event.
Any login reward from 20+ will only give booster and bgums.

If you have excess Jars of Blood and Evil Scrolls, you can exchange them, along with some Halloween Candies, to get a random pet via the Halloween Pet Master (caspen 181 212).

You might get pets that have been released previously. If your luck is really, really high, you might snag one of the new rare pets!
