Please Help how to fix this

my screenshots are all like this.
Screen Size: 1366x768x32
Full Screen Mode: unchecked
Mouse Exclusive: unchecked

1. Please check is it the same result if your screeshot on other matters (except the game) such as printscreen on your desktop and copy to windows paint result the same?. (printscreen key then paste on paint) >>> If that happen the cause maybe from your graphic card or OS

2. If it only happen with taking screen shot on the game (specially full screen mode), use the setup file on your RO folder and try to lower your resolution to 1024 x 768. graphic setting to your GPU

If it still happen, don't know why what else to do. XD~

Most likely your resolution setup is wrongly configured. Common resolution combinations to those are 640x480, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1920x1080. Have a look at your system display resolution and matches it to your bRO setup resolution. To find your system display resolution, right-click windows icon on your taskbar > Settings > System > Display > Display Resolution.
