Crash on character selection (Issue is now going to Caspen)

Anyone can help me on this crash log, it is mentioning some sprite files are failing it seems. (to add my account is very old and I just learnt today that the game changed name so I tried to log on with my old account).

edit: this is now ok now my issue is crashing when entering Caspen.
