Disable the chat also

While disabling chat would help keep identity anonymous, we are no fools to think that friends will not be using 3rd party chat tools like discord or team speak to communicate in the arena. Disabling chat will also prevent users from accessing needed commands such as @request to report abuse, @refresh, and others.
