Login issue (Unregistered ID)

So, i'm new at Ragnarok and just trying to play it, but for some reason my login data is incorrect. I'm use a Bitwarden for saving passwords and usernames, so it's typed correctly.

I'm trying login on XILERO server before, but there the same issue.

I think i'm just register my account incorrectly, but BraveRO account page says me "There is no pincode set. Please login via game client now to secure your account"

   

and i'm do so via client, but it says me "Unregistered ID. Please make sure you have registered account"

   

What should i do to finally login in and trying that game?

P.S. I'm not stupid to not be possible register a new account, right?.. right?..
