Elite Enchantress Revamp

Now back to the update~ It focuses on 30 new Enchants available for Elite Weapons and Elite Gloves. BraveRO Tokens are now an accepted form of payment for enchantment, the kill cost has been reduced, and kill limit removed. This means that Elite Equipment can now be enchanted even at level 1, and that now you don't have to use kills to enchant it.

Just to make sure about your post above.

Does it mean if we already have EWP lvl 5, with 16k kill requirement, then we enchant / re-enchant our ewp with the cost of 2k kill, it will not down to lvl 4?
