Halloween Event 2023 [Ended]

Is there any way to get the Eternal Echoes Key in future phases other than BG? I am playing BG most of the time but I am also one of the unluckiest one to get the key. Even I grind the BG in these whole event I guess i can't complete the extra reward in the given event duration. BG also is not 24/7 active, there is certain time that it is active like it varies from 6 to 10 hours per day and not all the time you can join. I just want some other option to get the Eternal Echoes Key when BG is not active.

We can complete the Compendium EXP due to so many thing to do to get it but Eternal Echoes Key can get only in BG.
