keep logging out after log in 40s

Is there any particular message or window that appears when you get logged out? If it's possible, can you provide of a screenshot of the message?

and this is additional information:

on yesterday woe (01/07/23)

i can log in and play woe until the woe end, but my dual client fcp-er character keep logging out

and now today its happened again, i keep logging out after log in about 40s

this never happened before, and i don't use any custom grf file

i have try to use another ISP and still keep logging out.
