Neglecting the fact that it's your action that caused you to get banned. You know the rules about dual clienting is prohibited during events and other features in-game and is bannable.  Sharing the same IP w/ your brother gives you a high probability of being suspected of dual clienting and you didn't so anything about it like giving a heads up to the staff/admit about your current situation.
