auto Refiner bug...

Please be me thorough in your explanation of the bug. Dropping 10 images doesn't tell the story of what the bug is.

when we do autorefine on white wing suits it got stucked, when we got stuck in the middle of refining we lose all the upgraded armors..and i dont know how and why this is happened

and when we got stuck we can't do anything, we can't walk, so i just alt+f4.. when we came back all of those armors were lost

I tried replicating this issue multiple times but to no avail. I cannot replicate the issue as exactly as you described. 


1. First attempt, I tried refining 50 pcs of whitewing suits to safe refine. I didn't get stucked. Nothing worth noting. 

2. Second attempt, I tried closing the dialogue box but let the npc continue refining all the white wing suit and then afk. 

• After the refining is finished my character cannot move because I closed the dialogue box during the process. 
  
  In the first image you'll see in the chat box the dialogue: Any work in progress... this means that a previous interaction with an npc is not properly closed, in short my character is stucked.
  
  After that I logout and all of the things I refined are still there. 
  
  
  

3. For my 3rd attempt, I tried logging out during the process. You can see in the image that the npc is in the process of refining the WWS. 

 
Still even after I log off, and log back, the +5 white wing suit is still in my inventory. In fact if it's gone here it shouldn't be considered a bug either as the npc clearly states that we shouldn't log off during the process as it may cause issue. 





Again, to summarize I tried replicating the issue but I couldn't replicate it. While we want to fix the bug that you are reporting, we don't even know the exact issue that we need to fix. 

Maybe there's a detail that we didn't understand or a detail that you might want to add.

The exact thing happened to me also last night.
On my attempt on auto refine it, suddenly the dialogue box stuck didn't progress more. or cannot be closed. It just stuck on clang clang clang thing. No "close" option too.
I don't use any pet that give sudden buff (that possibly could give dialog box stuck)
so what i do after being stucked? i use @refresh (on my alt+m) -> type @go 5 (as where i do the refine) -> chceking my inven, and most of the wws that have been refined gone.

But since it's only WWS, i don't care too much...
It also happened some while ago, also with VS, VA, well I thought theres something happens when you try to auto refining "a lot" in one batch. Not always, but sometimes happen.

Just optimistic thinking that Maybe "Fuler" got tired on hammering my request. LoL

ok this i did just now,

1) i refined 96 White Wing Suits using 384 eluniums going to +4 the SS i will post with these steps. and it went well no complains about that..

2) Now going to +5 used 96 Eluniums... i got stuck in this part

This SS will show that i got stuck the 1st time: and it shows I am successfully making some +5.. the approach i did to bypass of getting stuck was to jump out from the location using some save points on my BM keys: @warp to atlantis or Lasagna..

This following SS will show you the stuck happened again and this time my aproached use was to alt+ f4

its not JUST thing on WWS, farming hundreds / thousands and refining it and this refiner eats it is kinda annoying..

I think limiting the maximum number items that can be refined through this option can be a quick fix. It was not designed to refine 96 items at once from 0 to +4 and after a lot of clicking, maybe something is being lost. I'm glad it was an item with low value. I would suggest refining them 10 at a time and you should have no problem.. the npc has worked for everyone for many years, I'm not sure we should try to troubleshoot the logic for such extreme and rare scenarios.

If you use a macro to auto click the refine, maybe lower the speed of the click, or do it manually and see if that fixes your issue.

Maybe this item "WWS" has low value for you but its alot for us who try to make +10's and break on enchants, still its a bug. Then if its just a minor prob / bug then nvm lol... sad to know that this is just nothing to be taken seriously.. O Well.....
