There will not be an npc that converts or exchanges valentino for valentina tokens or vice versa. That defeats the whole purpose of having two currencies and splitting the headgears into two shops.

The wait is over. Here are some new vanilla headgears! Seek out the Vanilla Shop in Caspen to find out what's available.

An Enchanter for Valentines Vanilla Headgear is made available as well. The first enchantment for a vanilla headgear slot is free, except for Force Enchants. If your headgear already has an enchant on its slot, you will need to pay the necessary frees.

Take note that you can only enchant Valentines Vanilla Headgears using this NPC. Vanilla headgears from other seasonal events or features cannot be enchanted here.
