Hi Admins, 

im experiencing cooldown refresh bug during event and sometimes on regular fishing.

supposedly we should be able to fish instantly after refresh, but there is still a cooldown after activated.

ive tried removing all the fishing gears and re-equiping, remove costume for fishing gear set up, remove using bait & attractent and re-setting them back up, disabling fishing notification, update client to latest version.

At this point im considering redownloading the entire client, but not sure if that helps cause it rarely happens during regular fishing.

Appreciate any assistance on this.

Added Event Fishing Spot

Gold Piranha Spot (spawn near the shoreline of caspen 71 79)

Details:

• The duration of this fishing spot is 1 hour.
  
• This fishing spot has a fix cooldown of 1 minute.
  
• The stamina of fish here greatly depends on your fishing stats so anyone has a chance to catch and miss a fish depending on their luck.
  
• Exp is random 5-15 exp.
  
• The fishes here can drop really good stuffs, from zeny bag to random goodies. 
  
• No required bait.
  
• Special attractants cannot be used here.
  

Known  Issue:
Cooldown notification can bug here due to fast cooldown.
Exp message is wrong. It will always say 5 though you get a higher amount. (need reload to fix)

It's not your @refresh. It's just the notification fucking up because of fix cooldown which is different in your actual cooldown. It was mentioned in the previous announcement. They are still looking for a fix on it. Refresh skill has a display message when it's triggered. If it's not mentioned, then it's just the notification giving false message

Idk if these have been thought of but would be collection pieces for me ... Blue Ringed Octopus, Angler Fish, Viper Fish, Ribbon Sawtail, Barreleye, slickhead ... these are mostly DEEP sea dwelling fish. Thank you for reading and hope to possibly see a few :-)

Yes please! Maybe around Amatsu 117 78 area. (This area looks nice since it has a wide area of water)

Amatsu 114 176 is also a good option.
