what exactly happened? If it's about the timer, I think something is triggering it twice like fetch hunt. I'll see if I can fix it to avoid giving two timers.

The instant cooldown is refresh, rebait is no bait consumption when triggered.

But it's probably a notification message error because refresh has display message in chat box when triggered.

Added exchange shop. These are only few of the items. Other items will be added in the future including new vanilla headgears and other special items. Also added some fishing gears and companions in the shop for exchange at high price. You can purchase them at the new Fishing Merchant npc.

we will add more fishing spots, as times goes on, especially as players level up.
we can't make those package purchasable multiple times in a single month because some of those items are honestly way too cheap for their actual price. The bait alone can cover the price of those packages.

level 5 now and the "upgrade license" of the one npc is still saying that I need to be level 5, I have tried equipping the rookie card, silver, gold and plat and nothing different
