Hello. You can try asking assistance from the Admin by creating a Helpdesk Ticket.

But before you'd be able to create a Helpdesk Ticket, you need to create a new account first by going to the link below:

After making an account, use the link below, login your new account, and then click on "Open a New Ticket."

From there, simply address your concern and provide as much information as needed to verify account ownership (or whatever evidence that the Admin might require)
