Failed to connect to server

Hello,

After 11 years not playing BraveRO I wanted to restart my old habbit of playing RO.
Only I get the 'ailed to cennect to server' message when I log in.
I try to log in with the same account as my BraveRO account on the website.
It is possible for me to login there.

Could anybody help me?

1st of all welcome back in game.
Kindly check the ff.
1. Patch your client after the Download.
2. Check The proxy server, if your asian you can try either Singapore/Australia if those proxy still giving you this Failed to connect server message, try to connect directly to West Coast USA proxy, for EU use Germany or Direct West Coast USA. 
3. Send support ticket via help desk regarding your account concern.

i'm having the same issue.

there is no patcher. Is there suppose to be one?

I enter the game via bravero.exe
