Cant login my vendor on gold_mart

What does the system said?
Eg: Failed to connect? = network error/server
Eg: Character still recognized? = try to login again, when u use autovend your char will be stated only so when u login it at the first time it will log it off then u have login again.


Please let u know what actually happened, so we can look into it with the solution. Thanks

According to the thumbnail attached, it was because of the server still have your character online. Try to login again. And check it on the main website control panel see if your character is still online.
