This is a guide about farming division experience in STP event for ABs, 
All you have to do is to use Judex, Adoramus, and of course Heal Skill 
The LHZ mobs, and Arachne are mini bosses so they are your targets here

Noble Hat or any 500% heal Hat with 25% Demi-Resist - High Wizard Card (ignores defense of normal type monsters) 
Ancient Seal Hat - Vesper Card (Ancient Seal Hat reduces damage received from boss type monsters while also increasing you damage to them by 15%) 
'''If you cant Afford the upper Headgears Above,''' you can use Satyr helm with 2 Vesper Cards, (Satyr Helm Has TWO Slots so you can use 2 vesper in 1 HG 
For healing, you can use Mastela Fruit inside STP Map

Magic Rare - Kiel Card (Melee/Magic Rares can boost your damage to demi-humans up to 25%)

Lord's Tunic - Tao Gunka Card (Lord's Tunic can give you resist to earth and wind element and has a 10% chance to autocast Level 10 Endure upon getting hit)

Valkyrie Shield - Alice Card (Vshield can give you +20% resist from fire/water/undead/shadow element, Alice card reduces damage taken from boss type monsters

Keeper's Manteau - Deviling (you only need the invisibility from keeper's Manteau to Evade normal monsters inside, but be warned LHZ mobs can reveal you)

2 Expert Rings - 2 Scaraba Card (Scaraba Card gives an additional 200 MATK (400 MATK for 2 Accessories))

Tips: 
You can just spam your Judex skill, it has fixed cast rate so you don't need many kiel cards. 
Use your Adoramus skill to ks a mob (no one cares) at 5% timing is the key 
At first its hard but once you get used to it you can get thousand Division Exp Per STP event 
Judex and Adoramus is your Friend here
