Most likely your resolution setup is wrongly configured. Common resolution combinations to those are 640x480, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1920x1080. Have a look at your system display resolution and matches it to your bRO setup resolution. To find your system display resolution, right-click windows icon on your taskbar > Settings > System > Display > Display Resolution.
