New Headgear Blueprints and Headgear Dismantling

We are aware that some players by now have too many headgears and got no use on them. Today we decided to implement Headgear Dismantler NPC.

Warning:  Dismantling means destroying the equipment. Anything compounded on the equipment will also be destroyed including cards and enchantments. Equipment refinement won't affect the number of shards you can obtain from dismantling an equipment. Each equipment give a fix number of shards. (This will be adjusted as time)

Regular custom Headgears (donate) will give 3 shards while some rare and epic headgears will give 5 shards if dismantled. Most easier to get headgears will give 1 shard at most. There are thousands of custom headgears that can be dismantled, still we didn't include every headgears and we will adjust the number of shards they give based on our observation. 

Blueprints and Forging 

To make most obsolete headgear a possible ingredients for re-forging, we updated the blueprints requirements by changing the base headgears requirements into equipment shards. It means you will no longer need a specific headgear to forge most new forging items. 

In addition to this, we added new vanilla blueprints. Though for now we only added 18 new blueprints and all of them are middle headgears.

These new blueprints can be obtained in battleground, daily quest, instances and so on. We are planning to add more blueprints in the future.

Similar with the previous forgeable equipment. These items will be placed inside a forging box (except for rare). The forging box is tradeable but the item inside is account bound.
