if I recall correctly, we fixed the royal hero scroll after some players were able to hero a doram with that scroll to obtain extra stat. My guess is that the hero scroll from compendium/ event attend...

That's probably a bug, I'd be sure to let the admins know to fix it or otherwise allow all dorams to be able to become heroes and receive extra stat, With the interest in playing a doram we are hoping...

Its actually very easy to comprehend, let us know who traded the chats, we immediately revert it back to 14 days period. Being rude and leaking chats are 2 very different problems, don’t be confused.
