It may be your internet connection. Is your wifi or connection slow or unstable?
When you get failed to connect, I would suggest you go to https://speedtest.net/ and test your connection and see your speed.

What error do you get? Does it just disconnect you randomly? Do you lag and then get disconnected? The more information you provide, the more we can attempt to troubleshoot.
