Modified Temporal and Elemental Boots - Riliane - 07-16-2022

Machina the greatest boot mechanic is now here. This NPC can modify Temporal Stat Boots and Elemental Boots if you have the materials required for their modification.
The NPC has no failure chance and will keep the item refinement, enchantments and card slotted on it.
