Added Event Fishing Spot
Gold Piranha Spot (spawn near the shoreline of caspen 71 79)

Details:
- The duration of this fishing spot is 1 hour.
- This fishing spot has a fix cooldown of 1 minute.
- The stamina of fish here greatly depends on your fishing stats so anyone has a chance to catch and miss a fish depending on their luck.
- Exp is random 5-15 exp.
- The fishes here can drop really good stuffs, from zeny bag to random goodies.
- No required bait.
- Special attractants cannot be used here.
Known Issue:
Cooldown notification can bug here due to fast cooldown.
Exp message is wrong. It will always say 5 though you get a higher amount. (need reload to fix)

sure we can also some spots there. If other has map that they want to recommend feel free and we will look on adding a fishing spot there... just make sure it has body of water..
