We’ve added a new activity-based reward layer to Battlegrounds designed to reward consistent play, staying active, and daily participation, on top of all existing BG rewards. This system runs automatically in the background. No NPC required. Just queue and play. 🔥 BG Momentum – Stay Active, Earn More Every time you complete a Battleground round, the system checks how quickly you re-queue and stay active. How Momentum Works If you play another BG within 15 minutes of your last one, your Momentum Combo increases. If you take longer than 15 minutes, the combo resets to 1. Starting at Combo x2, you begin earning bonus War Badges. Momentum Rewards Bonus War Badges scale with your combo. The more consecutive rounds you play, the higher the bonus. Cap: +25 War Badges per round. This is in addition to normal BG rewards, which scale based on round duration and whether you win/lose. Example Round 1 → Combo x1 → No bonus yet Round 2 within 15 mins of previous → Combo x2 → 6 Bonus War Badges Round 3 within 15 mins of previous → Combo x3 → 8 Bonus War Badges Round 10 within 15 mins of previous → Combo x3 → 22 Bonus War Badges Keep going → Bigger rewards up to the cap of 25 Bonus War Badges (per round) We hope this encourages continuous BG activity instead of one-and-done matches. 🗓 Daily BG Milestones You also receive extra milestone rewards for simply playing a certain number of BG rounds each day. Daily Reset: Server midnight (0:00 server time) Milestone Rewards 5 Rounds Completed (regardless of momentum) +25 War Badges +2 Victory Badges 10 Rounds Completed (regardless of momentum) +50 War Badges +2 Victory Badges These rewards are granted instantly when you finish the milestone round. Thanks for your feedback. The goal is for PvM players to have something to compete in against other players and something to strive for. The 500M is minimal so it allows anyone to "try" without feeling duped out of money.. but the pot grows with each entry.. 25b may not be a lot, but with enough entries it is reaching 40-50b per day.. which is not too bad for a few minutes of effort. This is obviously not a newbie friendly feature.. it's a competitive PvM Ladder. As what you said, they cannot compete vs fully equipped players.. but it does give something for them to strive for.. its not just about the Zeny reward, is about recognition and bragging rights, which is quite important for many who are already at the peak. Sure, some people will be too lazy to try and compete, I'm hoping that the few that choose to work hard at it will find joy is winning a day or having the most won days listed on the NPC (and soon enough, the website and event manager npc in Caspen)
