i think it would entice people more to join the event activies (Battlegrounds) if you will reveal the rewards you can get from lysandra, instead of just keeping them a secret atm.

Was there a suggestion here? not sure i got it.. right now it is possible to go under 10k kills via enchants, use scrolls, enchant as needed, then yes, get kills after 10k to 16k in order to achieve level 5. Key thing is that even vets have to grind the old school way in order to achieve good enchants and max elite weapon/glove.
We do have other updates planned to further encourage this activity from our players.
i meant to say ppl can just proceed to enchant their elite gears making use of elite kill scrolls before proceeding to make it lvl5 manually, so imo making it useable after 16k kills or make it 18k kills wouldn't affect the said updates.

There are people with literally hundreds or thousands of them stashed up. Those people would have a great advantange this early on, as they would be able to enchant dozens of time while other people are limited. In addition, we aim to revive the server with new activity, especially in PvP, and this would just mean that vets with scrolls stashed up are going to be able to enchant several times without any new activity. We need to figure out what to do about those people with big stashes of scrolls before the restriction is lifted..
imo, you can just use elite kill scrolls at lvl1 w/ having 10k kills bellow until you can get the enchants you want, and still proceed to focusing on getting that additional 6k kills which will still i suppose would not interfere w/ the recent updates.

make elite kill scrolls available to use if the weapon is already lvl5, or make it so that once the weapon is already lvl5 it won't go down that threshold.

We look into the vast world, where there's so many people, so many entities living in this world, there's so little to so much distance between us, but does it matter though?
We find friends and get close to them even if we're worlds apart. We understand more as we spend a lot of times together. But it's a fact that other people who's so far away from you, would be able to understand you more than those who are close to you.
If you can find special friends in this vast world, even if it's only on a virtual simulation, surely you'd be able to find someone who you will love and care for. The world is so big, there's a lot of things to look forward to, but i'll only have my eyes for you.
