So my Professional Fishing ID was on (which i forgot to equip it) before clicking the Fishing Union Chairman NPC, to check the next upgrade requirement. Then suddenly the NPC issued me a Rookie Fishing ID. When I equipped my Professional Fishing ID, it only detects the Beginner Fishing License and its requirements.

How can I remove this Rookie Fishing ID?
I can't put on and even sell on NPC to remove in my inventory.

you can destroy it at inventory cleaner npc.
