I have been in testing room about 20 min total and no proc of lex from artic blast, can you please check on it :-)

working fine, same issue with "coin flip" except I cannot increase the casting range of lex here because it's a PVP skill that is supposed to be castable on opponent. Changing the range of the skill means allowing classes with lex to cast it as far as possible.

what is the actual range on lex for us, I went down as far as 5 cells and let it run
